One entrance for both units. The Lower apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom holds a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom in this unit has a toilet and shower, no bathtub. There is a washer and dryer for this unit, located next to the entry door.

The Upper apartment features another two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master holds a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full size bed in it. The bathroom has a toilet and also a tub/shower combination. There is a pullout couch in the living room of the upstairs apartment.

The private courtyard in the back is lovely anytime of year and features seating and also a grill. Walk all over Savannah from this convenient location.
