The duplex is designed in a top-down fashion, with the upper floor providing views of the area. A veranda covers the complete length of the upper floor, providing an ideal spot for relaxation, with plenty of places to sit, and watch the sun rising and setting on the horizon.
The open living area on the upper floor is bright and airy, featuring plush seating, large windows, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything required for cooking, entertaining and creating a wonderful meal is available, including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and stovetop.
The upper floor also provides 3 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Perfect for unwinding after a long day, these bedrooms boast soft bedding, copious amounts of natural light, and comfortable furnishings.
The lower level of the duplex features the remaining 2 bedrooms, with two additional bathrooms (one full, one half). The living room on the lower level is inviting and cozy, with plush furnishings and a large screen TV, all perfect for group movie nights.
The upstairs porch is also equipped with a BBQ grill for those hot and sunny days.
This top/down duplex vacation rental is located just a short walk away from Tybee Island’s pristine beach, world-renowned restaurants, and shops.
