There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Another has a double-sized and the living room has a sofa bed. The closets in the house are spacious.

There is one bathroom with a bath/shower and new fixtures.

The living room is an open space with a dining area and fully stocked kitchen. In one corner of the living area is a desk, office chair, and monitor for business use. The Wi-Fi is lightning fast.

The back yard is fenced with plenty of room to keep a camperor to play catch with the kids.

A neighborhood pool lies nearby (there is an additional membership fee). Cohen’s Retreat lies within walking distance of this property, with its unique array of boutiques, dining, and special events.

It is also just a 10-minute drive from historic downtown Savannah and 30 minutes from Tybee Island for those sun & sand weekend getaways.

This home rents for a minimum of 30 nights.

For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.
