This is a newly remodeled home in the Historic District of Savannah. This home is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Perfect for single travelers or a couple (max occupancy is 6). This home is minutes from all of Savannah's attractions and restaurants. This home has a 30 night minimum stay requirement.

This apartment is on the second and third floor of the home. There are some steps. The view is gorgeous and the rooms are very quiet.

Room Arrangements

Each of the three bedrooms contains a queen size bed.

The living room and kitchen are are spacious and well equipped.

There is a washer and dryer inside the unit for your use.

This home comes fully furnished. Linens, dishes and a washer and dryer are provided.

All utilities, lawn care and internet are provided as part of the monthly rent.

Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.

There is one off street parking space for this unit. For guests with two cars, there is free street parking for the additional car.

The owner is willing to purchase a desk, desk chair and monitor if the guest needs it at an additional cost of $150.

This Home is not Pet Friendly

We do not accept pets in this home, no exceptions.

Guests who violate this policy will be removed immediately and will lose any rent payments or deposits.
