The Arbitrator has full authority to decide the entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration clause. This arbitration agreement will remain in effect even after these Terms end.
All arbitration under these Terms must be done on an individual basis. Class actions, group claims, and collective or representative lawsuits are not allowed. You agree that you may only bring a claim against Sid Was Here in your own name—not as part of a group or class action. This includes private attorney general actions.
Unless both you and Sid Was Here agree in writing, the arbitrator may not combine claims from more than one person or oversee any type of class or group case.
