The secret of “Sunshine” is the golden-yellow touches in every room. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has a double bed. The bedrooms have blackout blinds to let guests sleep in after long night shifts. For mobile workers the cottage has a dedicated office space – a desk and swivel chair – tucked in between the living room and the kitchen.

Pets are welcome – no vicious dog breeds, please – so long as they are contained and kept off the furniture. While parts of the backyard have fencing, it is not fenced in, and pets will need to be leashed there. There are nice parks in the area for recreation and walking the pets.

This home rents for 30 nights or more. Guests may stay as long as they need, as long as the minimum stay is met.

For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.
