Additional Fees
There is a one time cleaning fee of $125. This home is professionally cleaned between guests. When you check out, simply remove your personal items and food. We take care of the rest.
Pet Fee:
$85 per month- 1st pet
$20 per month each additional pet
What’s Included
This home comes fully furnished. Linens, dishes and a washer and dryer are provided. All utilities, lawn care and internet are provided as part of the monthly rent.
Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.
This Home is Pet Friendly
Well behaved pets are welcome. The back yard is fenced. There is a monthly pet fee and pets are required to be crated when the owner is not present. Guests must bring their own crate. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
The back yard is completely fenced and lockable.
We do not allow all dogs. Please see our policy
Payment Policies
To secure the booking, a partial payment of $500.00, is due within 0 day of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of $1,000.00] must be fully settled: 15 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 0 day of guest confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation.

Must be 25 or older to book. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Check In time is 4 pm and Check Out time is 10 am
No parties, no events, no smoking. Fine of $1,000
Pet friendly: Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids. Violators will asked to vacate the property without any refund
No pets on furniture
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
