The Hippie House is a two bedroom, one bath home near Memorial Hospital in Savannah. It is newly remodeled and boasts a fenced in yard and quiet back patio area. This home is 900 square feet and requires a 30 night minimum stay.
Room Arrangements
Bedroom K contains a king size bed. It contains two dressers, a large closet and storage at the foot of the bed. This bedroom also contains a smart TV and a small fridge.
Bedroom Q holds a queen size bed. It has a large dresser and mirror and also it’s own smart tv and private refrigerator.
Additional Fees
There is a one time cleaning fee. This home is professionally cleaned between guests. When you check out, simply remove your personal items and food. We take care of the rest.
What’s Included
This home comes fully furnished. Linens, dishes and a washer and dryer are provided. All utilities, lawn care and internet are provided as part of the monthly rent. There is a smart TV in the living room and both bedrooms.
Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.
This Home is Pet Friendly
Well behaved pets are welcome at the Hippie House. The back yard is fenced. There is a monthly pet fee and pets are required to be crated when the owner is not present. Guests must bring their own crate. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
We do not allow all dogs. Please see our policy below.
Pet Fee:
$85 per month- 1st pet
$20 per month each additional pet

Payment Policies
To secure the booking, a partial payment of $500.00, is due within 0 day of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of $1,000.00] must be fully settled: 15 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 0 day of guest confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation.
