The cottage, built in 1938 has been recently renovated, and the furniture is new. It has many historic hallmarks: huge oak trees outside, draped with Spanish moss, a wide, screened-in back porch – used to cool the house in the days before air conditioning – and hardwood flooring.

“Plaid cottage” has two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed, and one with a double bed. There is a private office in the back of the house, with an executive chair and work desk. The Internet speeds are the fastest in the area.

A small kitchen/dining area has all the home amenities of home.

Pets are welcome–with some restrictions, see below. The back yard is fenced, with plenty of room for your pet to exercise. Savannah has many nice parks with opportunities for both humans and pets to exercise.

For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.
