The home has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and one bathroom. A second bedroom has been converted into an office with an office chair and desk. The master bedroom has blackout curtains for those working overnight shifts who need to sleep during the daytime.

The house was built in the 1940s and features both the charm and challenges of an older home. Remember, though, that these homes offer the best value for the money as well as a great location close to the historic district and not at a boring place next to an interstate.

The kitchen has the amenities of a home and is stocked with a temporary supply of necessities. A washer and dryer is available.

The backyard is fenced. It is not shared with the other unit in the duplex.

Nearby Daffin Park has a dog park and 1.5 miles of jogging/walking trails for recreation. It is also the home of the Savannah Bananas minor-league baseball team.
